Pro-Force Engineering , the trading name of Pro-Force Australia Pty Ltd was established in 2003 and has quickly built a reputation for outstanding Aluminium, Stainless & Mild Steel Metal Welding & Fabrication. We also specialize in Custom Performance Fabrication and Parts.
Pro-Force Engineering has over 60 years, combined experience in Structural Steel & Metal Work; Trailer Manufacturing & Repairs; precision engineering for the Automotive Performance Industry & Marine Fabrication, Welding and Repairs.
The company covers a very broad spectrum of steel & metal fabrication and have specialists in every field. Joining our team recently is Syd Gill (founder & former owner of Gillcraft Welding). Syd brings to Pro-Force many years of knowledge & expertise working within the steel, building and construction industry.

Custom Trailers & Trailer Repairs
Dan: Owner & Director of Pro-Force Engineering, opened the doors to the public over three years ago. Dan has been quick to develop notoriety and is highly regarded for his quality workmanship & honest approach to customers. His welding skills cover all aspects of Steel & Metal Fabrication. Dan’s specialty is in the Marine Industry, with Aluminium boats repairs, his forte. Dan has a passion for motor sports and the restoration of old cars and motor bikes – is a CAMS accredited C4 Event Commander.
Operations Manager and Health & Safety Officer
Viki: is our Operations Manager and Health and Safety Officer, with her background in electrical & safety systems she is a very integral part of our ever growing company, not just in safety but in all of our operating systems, client liaison and all round management.
Sales and Administration
Jackie: is our latest recruit to the Pro-Force Team, her experience in similar type industry being a strong attribute. Jackie will handle all of our sales, administration, job booking, and production monitoring. Her friendly voice will be on the other end of your calls to Pro-Force Engineering.
Workshop and General Manager
Syd: is our Workshop/ General Manager, with his 45+ years experience in the metal manufacturing industry his knowledge and reputation proceeds him. His forte being structural steel and metalwork in the building and construction industry. His skills also include technical and workshop drawing, predominantly in Autocad and Solid Edge.
Accounts Manager
Kylie: has probably the most difficult job in our company, not to mention the most important. She manages and runs our Accounts department, her background in the metal fabrication industry is defiantly an advantage.
Automotive Engineer, and TIG Welding
Dean: is our resident automotive engineer, and TIG welding guru. His background is a specialised one, starting out in engine reconditioning & continuing into performance & automotive fabrication. His specialist knowledge of metals is one of his greatest assets, coupled with his ability to weld anything like: stainless, aluminium, steel, chrome-moly, titanium, brass just to name a few.
Structural Steel
Brett: is our structural steel expert, his 20+ years experience also covers a broad scope, his skills include float and heavy trailer manufacturing, repairs and maintenance of heavy mining equipment, and structural steel fabrication and erection.
Structural Steel Apprentice
Dale: also answers to Tiny. He is another one of our apprentices. Dale’s skills are becoming very apparent in ARC & MIG welding. Working closely under Brett’s instruction , he is our structural steel expert in training. Apart from his fear of heights his future is already paved in our company and shows a very keen eye for detail.
Swagman Motorhome Engineering Teamleader
Shaun: is our Teamleader in the Swagman Motorhome engineering section & also our resident Taswegian. His background is predominantly in the marine industry, his alloy plate boat building skills are very sought after . After a considerable amount of research and development in our Swagman Motorhome chassis frames he is a very important piece of the Pro-Force puzzle.
Steel & Metal Construction
Chris: is a new comer to the Pro-Force Family. His knowledge being in the erection & construction of steel buildings. He is our on-site specialist, fitting all of our manufactured items like structural steel columns , beams & handrails. He is right at home in a hard hat , on a construction site with a crane above.
Metalwork & Fabrication
Garreth: is our Metalwork specialist. He has 15+ years experience in the industry and his workmanship speaks for itself. His expertise in spiral staircases, single stringer staircases & handrails is defiantly at the forefront of our industry.
Welding Apprentice
Lee: also known as Roid, is one of our up and coming stars at Pro-Force Engineering, almost completing the first year of his apprenticeship. He has been in the industry for a year previous to starting his trade with his skills including: metal polishing, MIG ,TIG, and ARC welding. The future looks very clear in our company , with Deans guidance, Lee’s speciality will be TIG welding.
